In my life before PsA and/or Fibromyalgia, I was a Montessori teacher which I dearly loved. One thing I would always do with my the children in my class at this time of year was to sit together and write down what they were thankful for. I continued this tradition with my son. Each year we would cut a leaf out of construction paper, decorate it and then write down the things he was thankful for. This lasted until about third grade. I would hang his leaves in the dining room for our Thanksgiving meal as part of the decorations. Then take them down and add them to his baby book.
What traditions do you and your family have this time of year??? I’d love to hear from you. Shellie
